Brunswick Georgia, Coastal living at it’s best.

Brunswick got it’s start when Mark Carr the area’s first European settler, arrived in 1738 he established his 1,000-acre tobacco plantation along the Turtle River.

Today Brunswick is a major urban and economic center in southeastern Georgia. The city is located on a harbor near the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 30 miles north of Florida. Brunswick is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway which separates it from the Golden Isles. The golden Isles consist of 4 islands, St Simons Island, Sea Island, Little St Simons and Jekyll Island.

Brunswick is the second-largest city on Georgia’s coast, with savannah being the largest. Brunswick now has a population of approximately 16,000 people, and a metropolitan population of just over 103,000.
