Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove mushroom stems and chop finely.

Ingredients:
- 1 (5–6 lb) bone-in prime rib roast
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub generously over the roast.
- Place roast bone-side down on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Lower heat to 325°F (165°C) and roast for another 1.5–2 hours (medium rare at 130°F internal temperature).
- Let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup suet or butter
- 1 cup dried mixed fruit
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in eggs, milk, and brandy.
